Why we built Alejandría
The internet is loud. Algorithmic feeds, infinite scroll, notification storms. We built Alejandría to give that knowledge a home. A quiet, personal library where what you read becomes yours — not just saved, but connected and lasting. Built on three beliefs that shape every decision we make.

If Alejandría disappears tomorrow, your files are still there. In Markdown. Readable by any app, now and in ten years. Apps come and go — Omnivore shut down, others will too. Files don't. We are not the custodians of your knowledge. You are.
